Job Title: Solar Pump Installation and Test Engineer
Location: Indore, Madhya Pradesh
Job Summary:
Tangent Energies Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Solar Pump Installation and Test Engineer to oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of solar submersible pumps. The ideal candidate will possess technical expertise in solar water pumping systems,Panels ensuring seamless integration, optimal performance, and compliance with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Installation & Commissioning:
- Supervise the installation of solar submersible pumps at project sites.
- Ensure proper assembly, wiring, and alignment of solar components.
- Conduct pre- and post-installation inspections for quality assurance.
- Testing & Performance Validation:
- Perform functional and efficiency tests on installed systems.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues, ensuring system optimization.
- Maintain testing logs and performance reports.
- Troubleshooting & Maintenance:
- Identify and rectify faults in solar pump controllers, motors, and panels.
- Provide on-site troubleshooting support to clients and partners.
- Implement maintenance protocols to enhance system longevity.
- Documentation & Compliance:
- Prepare installation reports, test documentation, and technical checklists.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety regulations, and government guidelines.
- Coordinate with internal teams for project planning and execution.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Educational Background:
- Diploma/Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Renewable Energy Engineering.
- Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in solar pump installation, testing, or maintenance.
- Technical Proficiency:
- Strong knowledge of solar PV systems, pump controllers, motors, and water flow dynamics.
- Familiarity with troubleshooting electrical and mechanical faults in solar-powered equipment.
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and customer support abilities.
- Ability to work independently and in teams.
Additional Requirements:
- Willingness to travel for on-site installations and inspections.
- Understanding of government schemes related to solar water pumps (preferred).
